This Subscription Agreement (the "Agreement") is made on between with an address of (the "Subscriber"), and Space DP Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company registration number 12325604 and registered office at International House, Wakefield, West Yorkshire WF2 8EF (the "Company").

Subscription. The Subscriber hereby subscribes to receive Cosmetic Dental Treatment (the "Product/Service") provided by the Company for the duration of the subscription term specified in the Company's offering or in the purchase order.

Term. The subscription term shall commence on the date of acceptance of the Subscriber's purchase order by the Company and shall continue for the duration of the subscription term specified in the offering or purchase order, unless earlier terminated by the Company or the Subscriber in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Fees. The Subscriber agrees to pay the subscription fees as set forth in the Company's offering or in the purchase order. The Company reserves the right to change the subscription fees upon notice to the Subscriber. The Subscriber is responsible for any and all taxes, duties, or other governmental charges that may be imposed in connection with the subscription.

Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Subscriber shall pay for all Product/Service provided to the Subscriber through the date of termination.

Confidentiality. The Subscriber agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Company's trade secrets, confidential information, and proprietary information, and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Company's prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Product/Service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product/Service, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Notices. Any notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally or sent by registered post to the addresses set forth above.

Management Fees. I agree to management fees and understand they are to cover administration costs throughout the term of the agreement.
